When will my credit card be charged?

The order amount will be a pending authorization on your account and your credit card will be charged once your order is processed and ready to ship.

Please note that, depending on your bank, once credit card authorization is received, the funds may be reserved for up to 30 days. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. MinxStar reserves the right to request additional identification. If necessary, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours from initial transaction. Shipping preparation process may take up to 24 hours and request must be initiated no later than packing process.

Please allow 7-10 business days for authorizations to drop if a debit card was used and/or up to 2 billing cycles for credit cards.

What is the return policy?

Please print and fill out our return slip (click HERE to download a copy) or include your original packing slip with the item(s) being returned along with reason codes. Kindly note that without including your order number on the returns slip or with your returned item(s) there may be a delay in processing your return.

Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. We do not accept returns on bodysuits, bodysuit dresses, swimwear, undergarments.

Shoes: Shoes may be returned if unworn with all packaging intact.

We would gladly honor an exchange for same item different
size and/or color, provided size & color requesting is available in stock.
If items not available for exchange, you will have the option to
1) Request E-Gift Card/Credit - Will Never Expire
2) Full refund on all qualifying items ( See Return Policy) in the form of original payment.

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges and we recommend using trackable service through courier of your choice.

How can I check my order?

If you want to track your order shipment you can do so by visiting minxstar.com and using the following methods.

1. Signing on to My Account and checking order history.
2. Clicking order status and using the order number that was provided to you.

If the item has been shipped, you will see a tracking number that you can enter on the courier’s website.

Can I order from outside the United States?

We currently ship Worldwide shipping times,zones and fees can be found by (click HERE to download chart).

Orders are processed 7 days a week excluding holidays.
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Most orders placed by 2:00 p.m. EST Monday - Friday will ship out that same day, except during holidays.

** Time listed does not include 1-2 business day processing time.

Can I have orders shipped outside the United States?

Is my credit card information secure?

We are fully committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. In addition, our services comprise, generally, fashion retail. In order to enable payment by you to fulfill your orders, we may collect name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, and other billing information. This information will only be shared with third parties who facilitate completion of the purchase transaction, such as by fulfilling orders and processing credit card payments as part of the service we provide to you as long as we have your permission to do so.

We will not disclose your billing and/or credit card information with other third parties unless required by law or a court order, or unless disclosure is required to address an issue implicated by the financial transaction. For instance, if you claim that your billing and/or credit card information was used to make a purchase you did not authorize, details about the transaction may be disclosed to law enforcement and any party we deem necessary to address the matter.

How can I return of exchange my order?

Yes.

The height of a hidden block is calculated when the activaton button is pressed. It's also recalculated when the browser window is resized.

What if merchandise is not in stock?

We would gladly honor an exchange for same item different size and/or color, provided size & color requesting is available in stock. If items not available for exchange, you will have the option to:

Is there a sales tax?

We charge sales tax to residents of California only. All other residents are not charged sales tax because MinxStar does not have a physical presence elsewhere. All orders shipped outside of the State of California are not subject to Sales Tax.
